The 10-1 Program is built for intermediate to advanced lifters and offers a fresh approach to sets and reps. This straightforward yet powerful structure eliminates the guesswork, helping lifters fully tap into and build their strength. The program also incorporates plyometrics to boost vertical jump and isometrics to support tissue and tendon health. Designed as a 4-day-per-week strength routine, it centers around the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. Note: This program does not include Olympic lifts or dedicated conditioning work.
